PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The Smiths active social life and busy young family found them wishing for a fun retreat type setting in their back yard. Coogan’s constructed a fantastic pool complete with grotto, splashing waterfalls, slide, tanning ledge, hot tub, and swim up tiki bar. Their once boring yard is now a stunning outdoor oasis!
SERVICES RENDERED:
Assessment of property, design and creation of comprehensive master plan, construction of pool, patio, and swim up bar. Planning and installation of terraced planting, irrigation, outdoor lighting, and soundsystem.
