When the Yaniszewski’s contacted us for their backyard renovation they had two goals in mind: a fabulous custom pool where they could enjoy spending time with their children, and an incredible space to entertain friends. We provided both. Our team at Coogan’s Design-Build transformed their large, tree filled backyard into a delightful retreat including a custom pool and pool house. The freeform pool is loaded with lots of special features including a tanning ledge, swim up bar, spa, waterfall, grotto and waterslide – a fantastic setting for both the kids and the adults! The swim up bar provides an intimate place for food and conversation whether in or out of the pool. The custom cabana was planned to include lots of space for comfy seating. An attached pool house provides escape from the heat, a place to change or use the restroom. Closer to the house a functional outdoor kitchen is where they cook meals and gather with friends. These homeowners ‘took the plunge’. This once quiet backyard is now filled with sounds of splashing, laughter, dinners and lots of great summer memories.

Landscape services include professional design and installation of terraced planting, automated irrigation, low voltage lighting, and outdoor sound system.
