Pool houses are typically the most expensive and most complicated out of the three options – but definitely the most rewarding. They are the perfect addition for homeowners with a pool, especially a heated pool that is used in the winter. In the cooler months it is wonderful to be able to dash from the heated pool into the cozy pool house to use the restroom or put on dry clothes.
Pool houses with a bed and bath can also double as a guest house, which is super convenient if you are used to hosting or having guests stay over frequently.
