Coogan’s worked with us in 2023 to build our dream porch. We started with a basic deck that existed when we bought the house and a cheap grill and transformed it into a beautiful screened in porch complete with a fireplace and grilling deck. The Coogan’s team was attentive and helpful in putting together the design, and the construction process met the price and timeline expectations we discussed. Management cares about the customer experience and final product. A couple of mistakes along the way were quickly fixed at no cost to us.We would definitely recommend working with Coogan’s on an outdoor living space. We use our’s frequently and are very happy with the finished product.

Coogan’s recently designed and installed an outdoor living space for our new home. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough they were professional, prompt and attentive. Tom and Derek listened to our ideas and presented us with a 3D model that perfectly captured what we were trying to envision. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and that we had made the right choice. The construction crews were skilled, hard working and respected our property. The communication with the Project Manager throughout the project was consistent and timely. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and addressed. We now have an incredible outdoor living space that is a joy to use and a delight each time we walk out the back door - a complete transformation. Thank you Coogan’s for all your help and for exceeding our expectations.Glen Ferguson

After looking at several "national" pool companies and several local pool companies, the choice became obvious to us that Coogan's was the correct choice for our in-ground pool and landscaping project. From soup to nuts, they did it all. Every step of the way was done with professionalism and clear and timely communication. Through the years, we have had to hire many contractors for various home projects. Without a doubt, our experience with Coogan's has been the absolute best. In particular, Patrick was our project manager. He led us through all phases of the installation process. He trouble shot any issues immediately and correctly. He answered our texts all hours of the day and night. I can't say enough how awesome he was. The crews that work for Coogan's were outstanding and the quality of work exceeded our expectations.Do not be fooled by the big national pool installation companies. Stay LOCAL with Coogan's. The cost might be a little higher but the quality and expertise and the experience without headaches or delays is worth every penny!John WelshoferIndian Land, SC

I can’t say enough positive things about our pool installation with Coogan. Top quality; kind and professional from signing the contract all the way through to the end of the project. Derek was our first point of contact, very responsive and walked us through those initial stages which can feel overwhelming. Patrick was an outstanding project manager; immediately answered any question we had, communicated everything with us so we felt well informed for each phase and the day to day details. He is also ahead of the game looking out for any issues and has solutions ready for anything that comes up. Oh yeah, did I mention ‘ahead of schedule’? Yes, that is correct: ahead of schedule. Top quality installers. If you go with Coogan for your project, you are in very capable hands!!

The job that Coogan's did for us was absolutely fantastic. We had our entire back yard remodeled, which included tree removal, grading, pool with spa, landscaping, irrigation, and even a deck remodel. We had meetings with their design team at the start who provided us with all the information up front, including a great 3D rendering of what the completed project will look like from many different angles. The craftsmanship of the pool deck and spa is absolutely gorgeous. The tree/bush/plant selections and subsequent landscaping is better than we could have ever envisioned when we first started. Our project manager Patrick Silver was there every step of the way, always answering any questions we may have immediately and taking care of any concerns we may have had, which made this large scale project stress-free for us: for which we are very grateful ! Outstanding company!

Coogan's Design-Build was hired by my husband and I for landscape design, drainage improvements in certain areas of our yard, and to repair/re-pour concrete. From start to finish the project went smoothly and was completed timely. Both David and Kieran are extremely knowledgeable and dependable. They really listened to our concerns and requests, and provided solutions and a design we love! We are very happy with the work they completed on our new home. I would highly recommend Coogan to others and actually already have!

As a repeat customer of Coogan’s I was every bit as pleased the second time around. David again took the lead to help map out the strategic design, then Kieran and i worked closely to the project’s completion. The crew was great and very accommodating to the minor tweaks along the way. The job site was every bit as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. Another Great Customer Experience delivered by the team at Coogan’s.

I recently had Coogans come out to my house to help me with a master plan for my back yard. It's a cumbersome project with many moving parts... pool, gas fire pit, seat walls, meditation area, she shed and more. I was very impressed with their level of creativity and can't wait see it come to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a creative edge.

We recently hired Coogan’s for a face-lift on our landscaping. We had the original landscaping in place since we built our home over 25 years ago. We gave our project manager full discretion over the design and materials used in the project. He did an amazing job. We have had many of our neighbors compliment us on our yard. Also even though our project was not very large, we felt like we got outstanding service. The project manager was very attentive to our needs. When we asked for some adjustments he was very responsive. We are looking at doing some additional landscaping in the fall and we will be calling Coogan’s again!

I can't thank this team enough for helping to create the backyard and pool of my dreams. I had been searching for houses with pools for a few years and finally decided to build my own. This team met with me countless times to help design the right pool for me and the house as well as designing and building an outdoor living area that quickly became my favorite "room" in the house. Communication and responsiveness from the project management team is top notch from start to finish and even beyond if you have any questions for them.

We hired Coogan's Landscape to add some flair to our very basic yard. After consulting with us, their designer, John, drew up plans and made suggestions based on what we wanted. The resulting effect was perfect. The plan consisted of bushes around the base of the house, several trees and some flowers. We had initially wanted larger, more mature trees. John informed us that planting younger trees would be much more economical and that within a few years they would grow to match our expectations. He was absolutely correct and kept us from spending much more money than was necessary.
