“Linda and I are so happy with the entire project and it is better then we expected. You with the design and Brandon with the followup to get everything done has just been very professional.”
“John Lashley, project manager was excellent. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. All of the crews were respectful and professional. I wanted a serene backyard resembling a small courtyard in the South. Coogan’s made that wish come true. The price quoted was exactly what I paid. I highly recommednd them.”
I have to tell you once again how much I appreciate Chad. He dropped by to spread the remaining mulch. He noticed I was about ‘spent’ hacking away at a root and offered to finish the job for me. He made quick work of it and it was a huge help! He is a good guy who obviously understands the importance of customer service for Coogan’s.
“Tom, we just wanted you to know how pleased we are with the front yard landscaping-it is absolutely beautiful! The transformation is astounding. Thanks again.”
“Jed and Brian, I got home last night-everything looks great! Beyond the great work ethic, responsiveness and flexibility your team exhibited, we were specifically impressed with the consistent, professional and timely communication we received from you. Not once did we feel we had a reason to worry. Thanks for helping us create exactly what we wanted!”
“Instead of looking out at our tired nondescript landscape, I now am greeted with a beautiful area with a small curved bridge, winding brick walkways, and a stone wall with lots of interesting plantings. It’s like it has all been done for my pleasure…and I guess it has. Tom, thanks for your creativity, your great work and the terrific results.”
“We greatly valued Coogan’s ability to do a wide range of services and a turn-key job. We were impressed with the fact that they can handle any job without limitations and with their focus on getting it done right…they have a great reputation in Charlotte. Their designer was not afraid to address problems and was quick to come up with good solutions.”
“Coogan’s really listened to what we wanted during the design phase and then they made sure the installation met their high company standards as well as our expectations. They took the time to make sure that everything looked great and was correct before the project was complete.”

“Bill and I were very pleased with the outcome of our entire backyard project. We chose Coogan’s because their landscape architect really listened to what we wanted to accomplish in our backyard. We voiced all our concerns and they were not only met, but exceeded. What was once an unusable space in the summer has become our favorite area to hang out!”
“Raphael and all of the gentlemen who work with you, are professional, courteous and patient. Please let them know how much I appreciate their efforts in creating the peaceful beauty I see every day from inside and outside my home.”
“Coogans ability to create the perfect outdoor living area is best in class. We completed our second project with Coogan last year. Tom is great to work with, from thinking through potential design concepts to taking the project through completion. ”
“I was impressed with Coogan’s ability to do more than what I thought most landscape companies can do. I was always kept informed and they were very accommodating to my schedule.”
Dear Tom, I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was working with you and Coogan’s. I don’t know if we have ever had such a smooth construction project before. Everyone was so efficient start to finish. And, the patio is just wonderful, everything we hoped for. We look forward to our next project with you.
After going through four different companies, it was a breath of fresh air to finally find a firm the caliber of Coogan’s. Their knowledge, reliability and service was by far the best I’ve experienced!
Everyone I’ve talked to considers Coogan’s to be the best in Charlotte. I’ve found their landscape design ability to be excellent. They know what they’re doing.
Coogan’s has an amazing discipline and attention to detail. Their communication skills are excellent and their creativity is top notch. After working with them the first time I didn’t consider anyone else for my second project.
